The billing name on your credit card statement will be, "The Image Dept". The information you are providing to us below is confidential and it is the policy of The Image Dept to protect your privacy. We do not sell or share our database with anyone.

You will be billed the amount of $9.95 once per month until you cancel your membership. To cancel membership, please send an Email with your user name and password to: webmaster@pacificusa.com Please put CANCEL in the subject field and your user name and password in the message area. Your membership will be renewed unless your cancellation is received at least 5 days prior to the date which your membership is to be renewed. For example, If you joined on May 15th, your renew date would be June 15th, then July 15th, etc. For this example a cancellation e-mail needs to be received by the 10th of the month to be processed in time.

In the event that you have forgotten your user name and or password and wish to cancel, please put your name, (as it appears on your credit card,) and at least the last four digits of your credit card number, in your cancelation email to us.

Please be very careful to only hit SUBMIT once! Sometimes the Internet is slow.

You must use your correct billing address, exactly the same as it appears on your credit card statement.

We can not process any credit card orders outside of the USA at this time. If you are outside of the USA, we apologize that we may not process your credit card order.
